Hackmanite is a fluorescent, phosphorescent and also tenebrescent (reversible photochromism) mineral found in Afghanistan. It can be deep pink, blue, or purple but quickly fades to colorless when exposed to sunlight. The original color can be restored quickly by exposure to short-wave ultraviolet light, or more slowly by storing it in a dark space.
